NOC Confusion for Express Entry

Hi All,

I have total 4.5 years of experience and my current role is not very related to my masters. Which position NOC should I use if my experience is as below.

1) Sales Finance Manager - 9 months(currently working in this role)
2) Sales Finance Analyst - 18 months (got promoted to finance manager)
3) Assistant Software Engineer - 24 months (left job for masters)

Should I combine 1 and 2 under same NOC?

My Education:
1) Computer Science Engineering - 2009-2013
2) MS in MIS 2015-2017
