Could someone please advise if I can use 1215 NOC for the below job responsibilities.
ACCOUNT MANAGER (SUPPLY CHAIN/PROCUREMENT & PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT) – Apparel Manufacturing Factory
Reporting structure – Directly reporting to General Manager and I have procurement and production management team reporting to me.
Responsibilities
· Possess working knowledge of purchase order, production planning, procurement, reviewing and other merchandising systems and spreadsheets.
· Coordinating with the buyer, the development team and ensure the relevant orders are placed 100% on time as per the agreed calendars.
· Working closely with the senior management team to meet budgeted sales.
· Preparing time & action plan and drive the team and the relevant stakeholders to meet the timelines (i.e. issuing purchase orders to GAC).
· Supervise and ensure the order confirmation is passed to the buyer along with the liability confirmation as per the agreed date.
· Direct and manage the raw material purchasing team to ensure the raw material purchase orders are sent to the suppliers on time.
· Provide PO approvals for the purchase order created by the subordinates via SAP system and monitor the Raw Material stock on a bi-weekly wise.
· Supervise order management team to ensure the production-related issues are resolved on time in order to ensure the garment shipment met on the committed date whilst meeting 100% OTD.
· Monitoring the daily-output against the plan and solutions are provided if there’s any foreseeable issues.
· Oversee all major customer-related documents such as shipment order tracker, supplier claim report. are completed and communicated to the customer on time in order to ensure the high service level is met.
· Supervise both procurement and sales teams to achieve KPI’s such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Order Fulfillment (OFF) and keeping the cost of failures below 0.5% of the annual sales value.
· Following up on projections vs actuals and ensure that the capacity is booked and fulfilled and ensuring the production cost is controlled.
· Participating in recruitment and performance management of my subordinates.
· Managing the weekly call with the regional team and the US team to understand the business.
