hi.. im working as a csr in a financial institution right now and my previous job back home is a quality analyst in a financial/insurance company too for 3.5 years.. is there any way that i can apply for a residency here? can my previous job be acknowledge?..

Take a look at the CEC website to see if you qualify - it would be under Canadian experience only and not your previous xp back home.

Do some research of your own first - any further questions, people here will help.

i found out that imunder noc 1433.. its class c.. is there any residency program under class c? sorry bout the multiple posting

Noc c is not eligible for CEC I'm afraid
