I applied for PR but all the rejections due to wrong NOC codes worry me.
A part of my employment history is as an operations supervisor.
Duties as explained in my letter:
-Oversee operation of the department.
-Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, corrective action and performance appraisals.
-Promote hospitality and interact with guests
-Budget management and cost control of the department
-Development and promotion of Supervisors and associates
-Promote and enforce department standards and goals
-Liase with outside contractors
-Oversee waste management operation and equipment
-Assist with other duties as assigned
Would this fit best under NOC code 0651?
