Since I started working as a Warehouse Supervisor from 2012 and then got promoted to the post of Assistant Warehouse Manager and have been working in this capacity since 2014, what would be the suitable NOC code?
Do I have to give the NOC code for the post I'm currently holding or do I have to give NOC for the earlier one?
You need to mention both your positions in your reference letter. Also, it is not wise to mention NOC code in the reference letter. In your express entry profile you need to mention NOC code against respective positions:
Position 1- NOCa
Position 2-NOCb
Some people just take the reference letter of current position and mention that duties listed were similar in the previous position
