NOC Code ???

Dear Seniors

I am new to this forum and wish to apply for CEC PR in 2014. Please let me know the NOC code for my job as described below. I tried finding at hrsdc website but not sure... ???

I am working as Process Engineering specialist in an Engineering and consulting company. We have a big Natural Gas processing company as client. My main duties are as below:

Learning and understanding (processing) Plant operation and design,
Project execution for the modification of (processing) plant,
data collection and analysis,
coordinate the work of the engineering disciplines and
pro-actively ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables for the assigned scope of responsibility.

I have masters in Environmental Engineering from Canada and this is my first full time job.

All good things I read about you in this forum...

I looked in all these NOCs, but I am not sure where my duties fall. I also read in this forum that I can mail HRSDC to confirm NOC code. But I don't see any email Address in their website. How can I contact HRSDC with the list of my duties.
