NOC Code Update

I am a little confused about my NOC code, confusion is between 2171 vs 2173. If I write 2171 and the express entry case officer finds that 2173 matches better with my duties, that I have stated in my reference letter. Will I get an option to correct my NOC code in my profile or will my application be rejected?
