NOC code Quality assurance supervisor ?

Hi Experts
I have a problem to find appropriate NOC code for my work experience. I have bachelor and master degree in Pharmaceutical and I worked as quality assurance supervisor in Pharmaceutical industry for more than 3 years. However most QA jobs listed in NOC, which fit to my experience, are required an engineering degree (e.g, chemical engineering ),
These are two listed jobs fit to my experience :
Quality assurance officer (NOC:2262)
Quality assurance technologist (NOC:2233)

Job duties are covered in both. However "Employment requirements" for quality assurance officer are the following :

• University degree or college diploma in an appropriate engineering field or Trade qualifications and extensive related work experience are required.
• Appropriate professional engineering or engineering technology certification and licences may be required.

Are these requirements are mandatory for the experience ??
