• Read and interpret the drawings, templates and blueprints of the job and plan the operation of the machine accordingly.
• Prepare the files and the machines for custom jobs by modifying or creating new CNC or
  Waterjet program.
• Compute dimensions of the pieces and setup machining tools and bits including CNC and Waterjet, to perform various tasks such as boring, grinding, drilling, polishing and various other operations.
• Change tools, bits and other minor components of machines required for smooth operation.
• Responsible for troubleshooting if any errors occur during machine operation using the alarms and codes in the software.
• Inspecting fabricated product for any defects and verify dimensions using precise measuring tools.
• Complete and maintain run records and inspection reports.
• May set up programs or tools for use by machine operators.
