2.5 year - Software Engineer I AND II
0.5 year - Senior Business Analyst

what is the NOC code shall i fill?
shall i fill noc code for Software engineer or shall i fill noc code for IT BUSINESS ANALYST?

Please note: I want to pursue career as a business analyst in future in Canada after getting PR and not Software engineer.

please let me know.

You need to use software engineer as your primary NOC. You can't use business analyst. You don't have at least one year of work experience in this NOC.

You can pursue any career you want in Canada. Doesn't have to be in the NOC you get PR for.

So after getting PR suppose with the Software Engineer NOC code, shall i be able to pursue career as a Business Analyst in Canada after getting PR?

please note that I hate coding and don’t want to pursue Software engineer career in future
