Hi,
I am working as a Customer Service Representative for an MNC since April 2019, which is considered under NOC C. But in April 2021 I would become a Supervisor which comes under NOC B.
Would I have to work for another year i.e. till 2022 as a supervisor get points as per the CRS score or can I simply show my experience for 2 years?
PS : I am planning to go Canada on a student visa. I am still in my home country and hoping to eventually get a PR.

You would need to work a year (until April 2022) for your work experience to be recognized as 1 year of skilled work experience and qualify for CRS points. You cannot use your NOC C work experience towards CRS points.

I have talked to a few of my colleagues in my company and they have stated that my company would provide an experience letter that states that you were an employee from date x till date y and at the time of resignation your designation was of a Supervisor. Would my experience be verified using Payslips? And if yes, then how many payslips would I have to submit as proof?

This is misrepresentation (lying in your application).
Yes, IRCC conducts verifications when they process your immigration application. If this misrepresentation is discovered, your application will be refused and you can expect to be banned from Canada for 5 years.

Only your 15 months working under NOC A will count towards Express Entry FSW. Your work experience under NOC C will not count. So that means you will be able to claim 1 year of work experience. Use the link below to determine if you qualify and see how many points you have. You want to score 470+ to have a decent chance of being selected.

Yes - you will need to research the PNP programs.
The wait time will depend on what program you apply through, how long it takes to get a nomination, processing times and other factors. Probably at least a year but could be longer.

If your NOC is a dentist then you are most likely not eligible for PNP programs since it is a licensed profession.

I also have my Masters in health and human services Management from Australia, full time two years

Ok so you need ECAs for that but has nothing to do with your NOC. Your NOC states your skilled work experience.
IF my Graduation is in dentistry (BDS) and my Post grad is Masters in health and human services management. But For my work experience I have worked as a dentist for 15 months out of 3 years and rest is post my masters in Management side .. So for my WES, should I be only assessing my Masters degree or should I get Bachelors and Masters both Assessed ?
