I am on closed work permit(valid for 2 years). Upon 1 year completion I am about to submit PR under EE. My company is not ready to sponsor or help with PR. I have a job offer letter (the one I received while joining) and NOC 0213 and LMIA c12. Can I apply thru EE and what kind of document/proof would they ask for NOC and LMIA.
