I worked as a food service supervisor for 8 months. I have two questions
1) Is NOC 6311 eligible under EE? And
2) Currently I am working on a different NOC(2281) for over a year. Can I add my 8 months experience on NOC 6311 with the NOC 2281 as primary?
1) NOC 6311 is category B, so it is eligible under Express Entry.
2) Yes, but it won't help you for CRS points because you get the same amount for 1 or 2 years experience. You will get additional points in the FSW grid if your total experience adds up to two years or more.
I have 1 year 7 months on NOC 2281 and 8 months on 6311. I add my experience under 6311 and my score bumped up by 13 points under CEC but wasn't 100% sure if could combine both the NOC.
