I am new to this forum and need some help. I would like to apply for a skilled worker visa under NOC 4152 (Social Worker) but I am not sure if I would qualify for this category since I don't have a degree in social work.
I have a master's degree in Pedagogy (Education) and have worked with children and families for over 3 years now in England. I was doing some of the duties described on the job duties list of a social worker decribed under the NOC 4152 category.

You don't necessarily need to have a degree in social worl to qualify. You however need to have performed the duties listed and and obtain the min 67 points needed. We have a thread exclusively for social workers:

The bottomline is: be able to provide experience letter that you have worked under so and so NOC for at least 1 year within the last 10 years. So yes, you can apply under 3142 if you can prove that u have perfomed the duties listed for physiotherapists. If you don't mind, post your questions on the social work thread I gave you..Mandie
