NOC 2283 or NOC 2173 for masters in computer (MCA)

I have completed masters in computer application and my consultancy suggested Noc code 2173 but majority of the roles and responsibilities matching to 2283.2173 Is skill level A and 2283 is level B.Which one should I select? Usually masters will come under s level A(2173).Can anyone guide me?

You chose the NOC that matches your roles and responsibilities. NOC A or B are still skilled. Masters don’t have to come under A.
