NOC - 2174 - anyone applied to Alberta PNP with this code - before May 19th

Please let me know if anyone applied with NOC 2174 ?
I wanted to know the job profile and the responsibilities applicable to this code.

I did Under this NOC Code: 2174.      Application Rcvd on 7th April. 09.
No update from AINP people, except for employer letter...

It looks like for NOC:2174, they have not issued any file numbers recent days,
for some other NOC codes they did issued file#s even they applied later than me...
(as per some other threads and VSRAO spread sheet)

applied under 2174 application sent on May19th(post marked) recieved by AINP on may 21st

Applied under 2174 documents sent to AINP on 14April, AINP then requested documents from my current employer on July 23rd, submitted the requested docs on Aug2.
