I have done B.tech in Computer engineering from India and M.S. in Computer Science from USA. I also got CIPS license for NOC 2173 within 3 months but for NOC 2147, the APEGS license, it will take around 1 year.So, According to my education and experience, Can I show NOC 2173....I can mention roles and responsibilities according to NOC 2173.Technically, both NOC 2173 and NOC 2147 are same.For example, like I am working as a Java developer, So basic roles are design,coding etc which are same as NOC 2147. So, My question is that Can I apply for NOC 2173 instead of NOC 2147 as It will take long time for License. Any comments will appreciate.
