i am 1123 applicant, sept 4th, till today i have received nothing, many friends have told me this means rejection, i do not know, even my cc did not charged, i am waiting. :'(
Do not despair! I'm a 1123 applicant from 6/30, didn't get CC charged and PER until late October. 4 months! And then we had to wait for 3 more months to get MR. The process is slow, but it is flowing

If you are a Sept to Oct 22nd applicant and are yet to be charged, then you have cause for concern as some Oct 22nd applicants for this NOC had received PER. You may try to find a way of contacting CIC via telephone call to obtain your uci (if you have been given any) or through CSE to find out the status of your application. However, post Oct 22nd applicants who are yet to hear from CIC may still be in the game or at least so we hope.

Resent Nov 6th, 2014 and no news as of today.
Called CIC, the operator sent me an automated email after noting down my email id, and said I cannot give u any details of your application, you may write to us (which I already have, no reply yet for the new application) or mail your response to CIO directly.
Its frustrating to the core now, and I want to get this clarified now, yes or no...
