I am opening this thread since there is a lot of confusion about this NOC 1123.
I had dispatched my application of December 12th 2014 and it was received by Donna on December 16th 2014.
I still do not have my DD encashed and as the discussions go it seems 1123 is already capped.
But in December 16th, the status was 480 applications received and updated. 340 additional received. So it was never capped.
My consultant says we have to wait till March since December 01st applications are receiving PER.
I've called CIO last week and asked about the 1123, she saw at the system and said that "apparently" is not reached and she couldnt find my app at the system. My app is from NOv 13th and I didnt have any news since then... So I think it is returning back to me. I have a friend of Oct 21th that received her pack back 2 weeks ago due to duties doesnt match.
lets just be patient and see the outcome of if the cap is reached or not.the unfortunate thing is one cant find this information over the internet anymore since EE began unlike before.
i am actuall a Noc 1123 applicant for 2014 too but only i applied a bit ealier in August and had my PER in December 2014. i am still hoping for the best please do to and lets keep praying and supoorting each other here.
Let's all of us keep our hopes alive till we get an official email confirmation from CIC. And anyone whosoever gets a nomination/DD or CC charged then please update it asap.
