@ann ..My File reached cic on 4 june,i don't have any communication from them yet .My agent in Canada is an a@#$$ he doesn't want to call cic and find out the status of my application ...
I remember seeing on this forum someone who applied on 31 may got their DD encashed ..not sure if we are still in the game or its is over .

One guy with screen name Raj0078 of NOC 1112 whose file reached CIO on 10 June and his package application returned on 15 July due to Old Form. It means his application is checked for completion & not counted in Cap because returned. And 1112 NOC cap reached in August after more than one month of his returned application. So we are sure that 1112 june applicants are sure in Cap. Experts give your suggestions on my comment please
Well lets hope for the best, I have been doing research on a spreadsheet obviously there are not all the applicants, but appear that app receive from May 26 and over are not charged yet, but is good news to hear somebody from June was charged, let cross all our fingers, because this wait is killing all of us, if you have any more news keep posting please!!!!!!
I did try to find out about my Draft status form the bank but unable to crack the details, I have sent my file on 3rd June and most likely my case is also similar to Raj case except the fact that i have not received any denial from CIC yet and still waiting for their response. But one of the member told me that NOC 1112 cap has already reached on 27th May whereas i have read the Canada Visa application status on for 1112 during June last and according to them they had received only 28 complete applications only. Things are bit confusing but we all can help each other.
I m wkg for the bank from where the draft was issued. I checked draft not yet cleared
Once the draft gets cleared do we assume that the file is under process
I m working for a bank from where I had got the payordee for cad issued. I checked with my department
They said the payordee is still not got cleared.
Can someone one please tell me whether we will be intimated by post or email
Also in case tge payordee gets cleared oyr file is processed???

I think you should hear what other applicants say but do not believe every assumption. We should all be prayerful and believe that God's favour will smile on us rather putting ourselves under unnecessary panic. Nobody can say 100% certain what currently happens in CIC as they regiment and process our applicantions with strict scrutiny. CIC has remain unpredictable in their actions since the commencement of this scheme many years ago and no internal staff is permited to leak their secret in order to maintain sanctity and avoid potential litigation. Until you hear from CIC or received your package with their covering letter starting the reasons for the return before you can know what has happened. Till then keep praying and believing. Miracle still do happen.
