guys - mine went in process status on May 1st and got med request dated 7th May.. noc 1111..

file transf - from buff - LA in April (don't remeber the exact date).. doing med comming thrusday ..

Thanks- but you might be surprised but i was praying - so that my MR comes a bit late ... right now i m kinda in odd situation .. i had applied for US immigration as well .. and i got med request for US and Canada a week apart.. now i am thinking if i should spend money for canadian PR or not .. if i stopt that then what if my US immigration doesn't come through .. then im screwed ... it would take another 2 months for US immigration decision ... i gues for now i shall do the medical and not submit RPRF .. really confused ..

The expenses required are way less than the possible benefits you may get through Canadian residency. If you are not really short on funds then my suggestion is to get Canadian PR as well. At the end of the day you will have a backup plan at least for the coming 3 to 4 years, i.e. just in case if things does not turn out to be good in USA………
