Hi,

I'm still completing my requirements for this application but I haven't take any Language proficiency examination. i'm already here in Canada as a tourist and I just want to know where is the best test center to take exam? I'll be back in the Philippines this May or June. Here in Canada or in the Philippines? CELPIP or IELTS. Thank you for those who will give their advices. Pinay here ;D
