NOC 1111 BANGLADESH DOC. SUBMISSION IN JAN, 2010 STILL RECVD. BY VISA OFF.

Hi anybody of Bangladeshi,
is there anybody who submitted docs. within January,2010 under NOC 1111 but still Received by visa office instead on In Process ??
Please share your comments how you are going on with this frustrating times not getting the status IN PROCESS.
I am the such guy having the same problem...
