Hello. Please I need help specifying my NOC for a favourable.
I have 7 years work experience as a civil engineer {water/hydraulic/dam construction}. I work in Government as a chief engineer. {I have a Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Construction Management}. My duties match both 0711 and 2131.
However, SINP requires licensure with Engineering body before applying. The process is sooo long, and I don't have the luxury of time. I am considering changing NOC to 0711.
Is this okay? Can NOC 0711 be a government employee?
I am about to enter the pool and need to know what NOC to use, so I can utilise same For PNP.
