NOC 0213

Hi All

I am new to this forum and have found it very useful thusfar

My husband is fits under the NOC 0213 category

What is the consensus out there re the reintroduction of NOC 0213 for the new batch of FSW application for July 2012?
Should we try applying under 1122 as most of his responsibilities are management related?

Any advice will be appreciated

Some of my friends were very disappointed in June 2010 after 0213 removed from NOC list. However they decided to retry under 1122 and u know what....they got now medicals as well....and waiting for PPR....and extremely happy as 0213 are being rejected massively by Visa Offices

So if u have good duties matching 1122...must apply

My husband says that some duties apply to others dont..
In two minds about just giving it a try.....

Anyone else have an opinion as to what we should do?

how come your friends applied in 1122 category?

0213 requires degrees and experiences in IT and 1122 requires in Business degrees and experience in Business environment.

Everyone is saying that this July, CIC will make sure potential applicants' credentials match the need of Canadian employers and more emapasis will be given over skilled people like Crane operators, Technicians.
