NOC 0113 Purchasing Manager 0911 Manufacuring Manager: Confusion which to choose

Hi all,

Need your help here. I am working in FMCG for last 4.5 years. I have a electrical engineering degree. My job is falling between Supply chain and Manufacturing with about 80% of the same role description.

Issue is that for manufacturing manager it says you need to have minimum of 5 years experience. Am i eligible for that NOC then?
Issue with purchasing manager position is that the degree need is business / economics etc, no mention of engineering. In this case am I eligible to apply?
