No update on VFS biometrics appointment in India

I filled the webform on 25th November 2020 for the biometrics at the Chennai location. But, I haven't received my biometrics appointment details yet. I tried contacting vfs through email and calls but still no response. What else can I do? Please someone help.

Same with me, I submitted my request on 25th Nov for VFS Chandigarh; but no response so far. When trying to re-submit, it says we already have the request for this application number. Can somebody please advise what can be done in this situation. Thanks

Did any of you receive reply after webform request? how long it took?

I got the reply after the 4-5 days and then was able to schedule the biometrics. I would advise to mail them and send the reminder mail after 2 days.

just revert on the mail you send to them initially, saying "Gentle reminder. Is there any update on this"

oh you mean the webform? I had filled that from the VFS website directly. After that I only got acknowledgement request.

You can send them mail on this email address:

Add all the details (acknowledgement no., date of submission of webform etc) and you can ask when you can expect for the biometrics scheduling.
