Hi, I have applied for the study permit from Pakistan (Karachi). I have applied online. I had my medical done on February 1st. However, still the information is not updated in my CIC's online portal. Still it shows "We Need your Medical information". Its been more than a month now. Should I contact with the CIC to request for the update or?
I am not sure what to do. People's suggestions would be highly appreciated.
So did you try to contact with CIC regarding no updates? Or are you just waiting? I asked from Medical panel, according to them they submit the medical results to CIC within 2 days via their online portal. I don't understand why it takes more than a month for them just to update the status...!

Exactly same thing happened to me my medical was done on 16th November and on 19th November IOM submit my case to embassy i missed my January intake and received an email from embassy in mid Feb that medical results are awaited for further processing. i tried emailing them but they arent responding. I know 10 to 12 people here in pakistan who exactly got this same email of medical. I have no idea what to do. did you try emailing them?

I dont think they would reply, i have not come across any paki student of last intake, who deferred from january to may and got visa yet.
Have no idea how much long they will take.
