No Update from IRCC on SuperVisa Application

I submitted my parents Supervisa application on Sept 29,2021.

Biometric Payment Request Oct 13, 2021
Biometrics Completed Nov 01, 2021

I haven't heard anything from them since then..I checked with them via webform but just got a generic answer.

This is really frustrating. Can someone suggest what I can do ?

Dec 23 - Saw some updates on the profile.
eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirement
medicals - We are reviewing the results of your medical exam

Jan 15 - completed the medical exam without getting request and uploaded via webform.

I saw many people who recently applied on new portal got approval within a week or ten days. I am confused if I should reapply or wait with the GC key application.

You can’t compare your application to others. You are well within the normal processing times. There is a good chance you will hear in February. Listed processing times are a bit of an average but are only really intended to give people some guidance about how long their application. Unfortunately many assume that posted waiting times are precise wait times.
