I applied for citizenship back in July 2019, been in process sense November 2019. I'm over the age of needing to take the test but what about the interview? I called IRCC and was told everything in my application was done and looked good but they weren't sure about the interview or how long it would take before I would get an invitation to take the Oath. My question is, has anyone else who doesn't have to take the test, but who hasn't had an interview been given the Oath of Citizenship?

If your over the age of 54 years old you no longer have to take the test.
As for them telling me that everything is good with my application and Police records are clear, I called them and asked if they could tell me what is happening with my application.
Had to wait (in que) for about half an hour before I was able to talk to someone
