Hi, i called VFS Global Phillipines. They dont know yet when will the tracking of application system will be up. As of now, it is encountering errors.
So better, link your paper application to GC Key- CIC, so you can communicate from time to time..
I have called their hotline number just now, and said that the application is still in process by IRCC. But registering no records found in VfS tracking app..
