No provisional degree for visa file. Substitution?

I have completed my bachelors in physiotherapy and will be pursuing fitness and health promotion in humber for September. However, my college states that they apparently don’t give provisional degree and will have to wait for my final degree which will come in January. Will a bonafide certificate work instead of a provisional degree?

I have been accepted. I got my offer letter. I even paid the fees

So it may or may not be an issue when applying for a study permit. You can provide the certificate but if refused it may be because your degree has not been conferred.
