hi actually I came in 2016 on study permit and recently get pr last month I didn't have a pr card and I have to go home country urgently. can I come back with copr via use land border or I apply for prtd? is there any risk for applying prtd? if application rejeccte so I can loose status of pr? going home country for 2 months

The Residency Obligation requirements (as relevant to your situation) are to not be outside Canada for more than 1095 days in the first 5 years. You can't possibly fail to meet these if you have been a PR for less than 1095 days. It's a non-issue.
