No PR card drive back to Canada

I am currently in US and plan to drive back to Canada since there is no quarantine for pr.

But I don't have PR card in hand. Is it possible to use CoPR(soft land last year) to get back into Canada? Or I need to apply a PRTD...

BTW, you will need a quarantine plan and they'll very likely ask you about it (If you're using the ArriveCAN app, it'll ask you about self-quarantine plans, should you end up testing positive with the home kit they'll give you.)
