No PR card after 3 months landing

I landed in Kitchener on 24/12/2015. Until now, I still haven't received the PR card.

I logged into my account on CIC and the last update reads "You landed on 24/12/2015 and became a permanent residence", with the address I gave to police officer.
My friend, who also came with me to land, somehow the police officer input the wrong address in (One letter is wrong in Post Code)

We both haven't received the PR cards.

Anyone can advise on this kind of situation?
