If spouse studies 6 month program in ILSC language school (on the list of DLI but not PGWP eligible) can her husband still obtain the OWP?

scylla just post this in another discussion. (And that's actually one of your posts) Pretty sure your spouse cannot get SOWP if you are not doing a master or higher level or in some of those specific professional degrees.
Even ppl on DLI with PGWP won't be eligible.
