No news since AOR1

I got my AOR1 mid-December (outland app), since then nothing - no SA, no medical request, no biometrics request or request for documents. So almost 2 months without any movement, whereas others have received

Ecas is stuck on just telling me they started processing both sponsor and PA and sent AOR. On GCKey, BG check has been in process since linked/AOR.

GCKey reads the following:
-Review of eligibility Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.
-Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.


Is this just the case of a file being put aside, an agent gone on long holidays, or should I be worried something is wrong ? Anybody else with a similar timeline ?

The target process timeline is 12 months. No two applications are processed the exact same. As of now you don't have anything to worry about. Long periods of silence are completely normal.
