Hello everyone, I am applying for CAQ extension Quebec. I do not have last name on my passport. It is the mandatory field to fill. What do I do in this case?

Due to procrastination plus a lost transcript, my application to renew my CAQ for my senior year will only have been completed with the necessary supporting documents on July 28 at the earliest. Has anyone else been in a similar last minute CAQ mess? How many bricks should VLC I be shitting right now?
