Hello, I have the same issue, I submitted my portal documents on Oct 21 and since then I have not heard anything. It's almost 3 months. I am sorry I do not have any suggestions. It's even getting me worried. I hope we hear from them soon. Please update me if incase you hear anything. Thank and all the best
