Hi.... Applied for visa but I got my passport with no denied stamped and with letter stating I don't meet the requirements regulation 179... Do they not stamp the passport? And when can I reapply again?

They don't give you "denied stamp" on the passport but infact, you have been denied.

Your application was denied due to:

Canada’s Regulation 179 - it enables overseas Canadian visa offices to reject visa applications from anyone who they may suspect will not return from a visit to Canada

If you want to apply again, you should rovide more proofs that you WILL leave Canada after your trip
