No change in application status after 56 days except medical clearance

I submitted my eAOR on 16 April 2018 and within 8 days I got the medical pass message but no change after that...its been 56 days...
Background check says... We will send you a message once we start your background check..
Review of eligibility: we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Your application is in progress..we will send you a message when the final decision has been made..

So I don't see any change after the medical clearance
