2 years 11 months work experience as Senior process executive..
I have opted for IBM course at Seneca college. I am done with GIC. I have to pay fees. I am willing to pay complete 1 year fee...
I have changed my career from life sciences to business for my career growth will this be a hurdle in getting visa. If i can explain well in my SOP will that be ok to get visa. Please evaluate..Thanks a ton...
This can be a hurdle
But with right explanation you can get visa but will tough I think.
If you can get a course according to your previous education and after getting visa if you can change course that would be easy for visa.

If you have experience in business related course and can explain well about that to VO then fine. But if not then it will be a bit hard. If you can go for MBA like echolon siad it will be fine also.
I can not apply for MBA as it would cost me more than pg dm..I have xact amount of fee and m reaching out for sept intake..I can explain well about my job and its relation to my opted course..

You're good to go.
If you stated your intention well in the SOP.
Many of my friends who did Bsc are studying IBM and Human resource management.
Because it is related to their work experience.
I hope you have clearly mentioned and showed your experience letter.
as u will be explaining in ur SOP why u want to take the course then u have resolved one point..but then a question arises whether u will leave canada after studies..convince VO about this as well show sufficient finances and u are fine..
When we applied SOP was optional and still it is optional.
So we didn't attach any SOP.
Just write more about the benefit of this program for your future success in job in home country.
Just concentrate on points like experience of that job, so going for similar studies. Getting education to secure international experience for more success in that job.
