No CAQ yet

i applied for CAQ on 24th december and my documents reached their office on 6th january . Its going to be more than 20 business days and i still havnt gotten my CAQ . My friend's documents reached on 8th jan and she got her CAQ by 27th january . It is becoming frustrating now .
