Do not worry, I have the same experience. I did not get the automated reply when I contacted them last year. However, they responded after a while.

Similar experience I have had as I sent twice case specific inquiry mail to Sydney, Aus using CIC web form.... Neither received any reply of my last one in 6 weeks another sent recently..no automated reply again. lets see how long it takes....

I have twice corresponded with Buffalo VO in the past and on both the occassions got auto-replies. Last time was about two months back. Let's see if they respond appropriately or provide generic reply.

I have asked them to provide expected time frame to issue MI and PR to enable me to make some well informed and knowledgeable decisions in life.
