When I checked the CIC website for a visitors visa to Canada applying for a visitors visa is19 days from my home country. The biometrics was done on Dec 13, 2019. It is now January 20,2020. I don’t know when the biometrics were sent over to the Embassy from the VAC but I’m assuming that they did it by the 19th of December. Therefore, anybody have any suggestions as to what to do? Or is this normal? Btw I used an agent and I have no access to my application.

A delay is not abnormal. The processing times on the website are estimates only.
