To my friends in Nursing,
I have been trying to reach out to NNAS correspondents to help me with this problem, to futile effect. I have more than one employer and nursing registration within the recent span of 5 years. However, when attempting to download forms, I am able to download only my recent employment and registration form from PART G of the webpage. The reps responding to my email at NNAS are suggesting options I already know or tried.
Is there anyone in the forum who knows a way around this obstacle. A way to have both my current and previous pre-filled forms for employment and nursing registration?
Any lead on this matter is appreciated.

**"pre-filled forms" meaning the initial section of the form comes filled in by default from NNAS on download**
