Nikah only case. Help needed!!!

Hi,
I got engaged two years ago and last summer I got my nikah done. then the immigration office asked few questions and then they told me that they need few pics with my husband. We took pics, basically the reason we took them was to show that we’re married but we only got our nikah done. I have proof of messages and audio calls with my husband for the past two years
Is the rukhsati part important?
Will my husband get his visa easily, because we submitted his application and I expect him to come here by next year
