I you can register but you can't submit the profile bcos You need IELTS results, and I don't see the exams holding on election day. I will advise you to register for another date in another centre. Cheers.

Kindly assist me in answering this question on eligibility......In the last 3 years,how many years of skilled work experience do you have in canada?it must have been full time(or an amount in part time).
