Niagara college

How is the student life in Niagara college?
Is it easy to commute to and from Niagara falls to the college (NOTL campus)?
Is it worth living in this area ,as they say NOTL is a village?

Is life in Toronto better as compared to Niagara on the lake ( Niagara college)?

(yes for me college life matters !)

Applyin for September 2014.

Hi. Niagara College is right near Niagara Falls. You will get a bus pass with your tuition. It will get you everywhere you want to go. You will want to stay in the Dorms or Homestay program. Both are good options for you.

hey thanx for the reply.
I have heard that the buses do not ply on the weekends and on the weekdays too they are in service till 9:30 pm.
So how do the students travel to downtown and falls at night and on the weekends?

And is the life good in Niagara college ?

Hello Manav70,

Depending on your area, if you're in Welland, the bus service is only up to 5:30 in the afternoon and no schedule on Sundays. (I know.. It was a major shocker for me too.) However, if you are in St. Catharines, they have buses there all the time, except on Holidays.

As for Niagara Falls, they still have schedules.. You just have to check the net for that. If you still want to party and go places at night, if you can afford to buy a car, then go ahead and have one, but if not there are plenty of taxis that you can call for service here.

Niagara College is located in a quiet place where there are a lot of trees and stuff. If you like shopping, the Outlet Factory is just right across the Niagara On The Lake Campus.
