Even I want to stay on border and want to commute to usa for work,Im eligible for nexus card,but I have one question,do we need to have visa stamp in my passport for applying for nexus or else just I 797 with extended I 94 is enough,as my visa in passport got expire but I797 got extended,,,

What about new PRs (landed 6 months ago) who have not lived in Canada for long period of time (but have lived in US for more than three years) and will move to Canada soon?
I got conditionally approved and have interview next week so it seems the 3 years is valid for stay in US as non-US citizen/GC holder.
